(Premium) November Real Estate Outlook

Real Estate was in full-on relative breakdown mode last time we looked. It’s gone down and successfully tested the January 2021 lows, and it no longer makes sense to be super negative on the sector. I think the most likely outcome is that we take some time to digest last month’s selloff, but we have to be prepared for further breakdowns given the clear downtrend in place.
