(Premium) March Utilities Outlook

The outlook for Utilities hasn’t improved over the last month. If anything, it’s gotten worse. There’s no reason to be aggressive buying into this relative downtrend.

Things could accelerate to the downside if the equally weighted sector breaks relative lows as well.

If this truly is the start of a new bull market in US stocks, expect Utilities to continue lagging.
